Recently the TRU Library added a new digital streaming video platform called Criterion-on-Demand to its subscription collection of online resources. The Criterion-on-Demand company provides feature film rights to the Canadian K-12 and post-secondary markets.
TRU faculty, staff, and students can access films on this platform freely from anywhere 24/7 using their TRU login and password. The site can be searched by film title, genre, new releases, and keyword. Access over 1500 film titles including over 100 documentary features. Close captioning is provided when available.
This platform can be accessed through the TRU Library website via Browse All Databases A-Z and going to Criterion-on-Demand.
