More Time, More Space: Brown Family House of Learning Library
Prepare to dive deeper into your studies! All four floors of the Brown Family House of Learning Library will now be open from 7:30 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday! That’s significantly more time for you to utilize our popular third-floor study pods, carrels, and the serene Silent Reading Room. Our extensive print book and course readings collections will also be available during these extended hours, and checking out materials is a breeze with our self-check unit on the third floor or by using the convenient TRU MeeScan App (available for iPhone and Android).
Innovation awaits! The Library Makerspace, located in the House of Learning, is expanding its hours, offering you even more opportunities to explore technology, experiment, and bring your ideas to life. Starting September 2, 2025, the Makerspace will be open:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday: 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Whether it’s for course projects or personal interest, you’ll have more dedicated time for hands-on learning and play!
